Each area we offer private community policing will usually need a local commander to provide oversight and direction.

It is the role of the commander to bring together the community to make private community policing financially viable for all residents and then instruct the officers as to the concerns of the community and keep them updated to relevant matters.

​

Commanders receive an income linked to the cost of the provision of the private community policing in there area(s) in return for providing these services.
